Service Details

  • Water Treatment & Equipment Operation

Water is tested and balanced weekly to industry standards. We may temporarily adjust your system during service. Most systems reset automatically. Mechanical timers may require a manual reset by the homeowner. Contact us for assistance with settings or runtime recommendations.

  • Chemicals Included

All routine chemicals are included — chlorine, acid, cyanuric acid, salt, and algaecides. Initial treatments such as salt startup, stabilizer resets, or green-to-clean are not included unless agreed in writing.

  • Basket & Flow Management

Skimmer, pump, and debris baskets are inspected and emptied as needed. If debris is minimal and unlikely to restrict flow before the next visit, baskets may be left undisturbed to reduce wear on seals and O-rings.

  • Equipment Check

Each visit includes a basic visual and auditory equipment inspection. You will be notified of anything abnormal. This is observational and does not constitute a diagnostic or repair service.

  • Heavy Debris and Storm Cleanup

After storms or heavy debris events, large debris is removed first to protect your equipment. Fine debris is addressed on the next visit. Extended cleanup beyond normal scope is additional service and billed accordingly.

  • Holiday Schedule

Thanksgiving week is chemical-only service, performed earlier in the week. We are closed Christmas Day through New Year's Day. No credits or adjustments are issued for holiday closures.

  • Rainy Day Service

Service continues during rain as conditions allow. Vacuuming is deferred to the next visit if visibility does not permit it. Incomplete items due to weather do not constitute missed service.

  • Chemicals Included

All routine chemicals are included in your service fee — chlorine, acid, cyanuric acid, salt, and algaecides. Initial water conditioning for newly filled or reset pools is not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • 5th Week Credits

Service is billed as a flat monthly rate based on an annual model. Visit frequency varies by month due to holidays and weather. No credits or adjustments are issued for individual month differences.

  • Billing & Payments

Invoices are issued on the 1st and due by the 15th. A late fee of 5% applies to balances unpaid within 10 days of the due date. Accounts 30 days past due may be suspended. A valid payment method must be on file at all times.

  • Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Service is priced on an annual model. Customers intending seasonal or summer-only service must declare this at enrollment. Cancellation before 12 months without prior seasonal declaration will result in a chemical cost adjustment of 20% of total fees paid, applied to the final bill.

  • Service Limitations

We do not add water to pools or remove and replace pool covers or safety barriers. Water level maintenance is the homeowner's responsibility.
