Service Details & Policies
Water Treatment & Equipment Operation
Each visit includes full water testing and balancing to industry standards.
To properly circulate chemicals and protect your pool surface, we may temporarily run your system.
- Mechanical timers may be left on
- Variable speed pumps may be set to quick-clean
- Automated systems may be temporarily adjusted
Your system will return to its normal schedule automatically (typically within a few hours).
We’ll notify you when seasonal runtime adjustments are recommended and can assist upon request.
- Mechanical timers may be left on
Chemicals Included
We provide all standard chemicals needed for weekly maintenance, including chlorine, acid, and balancing agents.
We use professional-grade products designed for longer-lasting results and better water clarity.
Large initial treatments (such as salt startup, stabilizer resets, or green-to-clean services) are not included in weekly service.
Basket & Flow Management
We empty skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and debris canisters as needed to maintain proper water flow and filtration.
Keeping baskets clear helps protect your pump and ensures your system runs efficiently.
To prevent unnecessary wear on seals and o-rings, baskets may not be emptied if they are not full or restricting flow.
Equipment Check
Each visit includes a quick inspection of your pool equipment. We look for leaks, unusual noises, low pressure, or signs of wear.
While this is not a full diagnostic, it allows us to catch potential issues early and notify you before they become costly repairs.

We adjust our schedule slightly during major holidays to accommodate our team while still maintaining your pool.
Thanksgiving Week: Chemical-only service. Routes are condensed to Monday–Wednesday.
Christmas to New Year: Service is paused during this period.
These adjustments are built into our service model, so your pool stays on track without disruption.
Rainy Day Service
Service may still be performed during rain. Technicians will skim debris and empty baskets when possible. If the pool floor is not visible due to weather conditions, vacuuming may be completed during the next scheduled visit.
